Website privacy notice
This notice covers visits to the SNOOW website, email reservations and support requests sent through published contact channels. The website is operated by Silvantron Pty Ltd.

Scope
This notice applies to SNOOW product information, precomputed analysis examples, email reservations and contact pages. App video processing and account data require a separate app privacy policy.
Website features and information
When you reserve early access, the website stores your email, interface language, consent time and consent version to manage your reservation, send a reservation acknowledgement and send the SNOOW test invitations you agreed to receive. It also stores a sending queue, status, attempt counts, timestamps and email-provider identifiers. When automatic sending is enabled, Resend processes the email address and message content; a sending record does not establish inbox delivery. Website records are kept in the Cloudflare-hosted database and are not public. To cancel, choose “Cancel a reservation” in the reservation window and enter the same email, or confirm cancellation through the link in an email. Cancellation removes the current reservation, associated unsent messages and website sending status. Messages already submitted to the email provider may still arrive. Provider logs and platform backups follow their own retention policies and are not immediately erased by website cancellation. The website offers no video upload or online analysis, contains no analytics SDK or advertising tracker, and does not use browser local storage to save reservation emails or build visitor profiles.
Year predictions
When you submit a prediction, the website stores your chosen year, interface language, submission time and a randomly generated identifier to record or update that choice. No name or email is required, and predictions are not linked to reservations. After submitting, you can view an anonymous distribution by year. The chart shares only years and submission counts, never individual records, identifiers or submission times. The browser keeps the identifier only within the current page; submitting again after a reload creates a new record.
Hosting and technical connection information
Hosting and access-control services may process IP addresses, request times and browser information, and use necessary cookies or similar technology to deliver pages, protect the service and verify access. Their applicable notices determine their actual handling and retention practices.
Privacy contact
If you send a support request through published contact details, we use the email address, problem description and necessary attachments you provide to handle it. Please send only what is needed. You may also request access, correction or deletion of this information; we will verify and handle requests as applicable. A support request does not automatically authorize model training or public use of your content.
