SNOOW / APP PRIVACY
App privacy policy · Pre-release draft
Pre-release draft · Do not submit to App Store Connect
Product: SNOOW. Intended operator: Silvantron Pty Ltd. This draft supports a review of test-version data handling. It is not effective and is not an official app privacy policy.
Updated 20 October 2026
Draft scope
This draft is based on the current client and server implementation. It does not establish that every feature is enabled in an uploaded or installable TestFlight build. The final policy must reflect the running configuration and state its effective date.
Information involved
Selected or recorded videos may include original audio, timestamps and embedded metadata. Optional capture features may record motion information from the phone, AirPods or Apple Watch. Results include job identifiers, skeleton keypoints, movement parameters and COM approximations. Sign-in may involve email, Apple or Google identities and account identifiers. Service connections may also produce IP addresses and necessary security or diagnostic records. Optional profile information includes nickname, age, gender, height, weight, body proportions and equipment, and is currently stored on the device; inspected calibration code processes calibration photos in device memory. Support requests may include information you choose to provide. The final collection scope must match the actual test build.
Features and purposes
The current implementation supports selecting or recording runs, uploading them to the configured analysis service, generating and reviewing results, saving history and handling support. Rules and authorization for model improvement, human review or other separate uses still need to be defined. This draft does not treat app use as consent to those purposes.
Device and analysis service
Starting analysis sends the video to the analysis service configured in the app. Original audio and embedded metadata may accompany it, and records may be stored by the service and on the iPhone. Production providers, processing locations, access and transfer arrangements still require verification. This draft establishes neither a live production service nor wholly on-device processing.
Retention and deletion
The current implementation supports deleting one record from Analysis History; the local record is removed after service confirmation. Local camera originals, Photos copies and exports are managed separately. Server retention, backup expiry, copies for training or human review, full account deletion and withdrawal processes remain to be defined and verified. This draft promises neither a fixed deletion period nor removal of every copy.
Permissions and choices
You can manage camera, Photos and relevant device permissions in system settings, and stop selecting or uploading videos. The permissions each feature needs, the effects of withdrawal on local and server data, and the full account deletion entry point will be described after release-version verification.
Operator and contact
The intended operator is Silvantron Pty Ltd. Refer to Contact for published support and privacy contact details. The final privacy contact, applicable rights-request process and effective date must be completed before this draft becomes effective.
Before this policy takes effect
Verify an installable build’s data flows; establish authorization for training and separate uses, providers and locations, retention and deletion rules, an account deletion entry point and working contact details. Align the app’s notices, App Store Connect privacy disclosures and this policy.
